Purchased this card to replace the fault on the sound card motherboard of my pc. Inserted into machine re booted, entered BIOS to turn off " motherboard sound card" Windows 7 picked the card up immediately, clicked on "have disk" and enabled driver/software that way. Unfortunately had a fault on L/H side speaker. Contacted seller regarding this.
The thing was as this is a cheap sound card and in no real rush to receive it I only bought with a normal delivery option but got confirmation of dispatch the next day (ordered the night before) and received the day after. Once contacted, the seller again responded promptly and I received the replacement the day after again! No faults, works superb for the money on 2 channel (that's all I will use it on) but the service I received was second to none. Would definitely use Star-E-Shop again.
