The first Epson Aculaser M1400 I got was completely useless. It produced black marked copies every time of printing and there was clearly a fault in the drum. The machine was replaced by Epson and set up by one of their engineers. The new machine is efficient, produces good copies and is altogether satisfactory. However it took nearly a month form ordering to be up and working with the replacement.
